Affiliate Programme Terms

Last updated: October 7, 2026.

1. Who runs the programme

The SirioLead affiliate programme is run by WAKANDA MARKETING SL (Spanish tax ID B55286579), Calle Santiago Ramón y Cajal, nº 32, L4, 17190 Salt (Girona), Spain (“SirioLead”). Contact: info@siriolead.com. By sending your application you accept these Terms, which apply in addition to the website's Terms and Conditions insofar as they don't contradict them.

2. Joining and approval

To become an affiliate you must be over 18, have a SirioLead account and send the application form with truthful details: full or company name, email, country, tax ID, payout details and your promotion channels. We review every application by hand and may approve or reject it at our discretion; we'll let you know by email. You must keep your details up to date by writing to info@siriolead.com.

3. Link, code and attribution

  • Link and code: once approved, you get a unique link and code (siriolead.com/?ref=YOURCODE). Only visits arriving through that link count.
  • When a customer is attributed to you: when someone signs up on SirioLead after arriving through your link or, if they already had an account but had never bought anything, when they make their first purchase after arriving through it. A customer who had already bought before is not attributed to any affiliate.
  • 60-day window and last click: if the visitor agrees to their browser remembering the link, attribution is valid for 60 days from the click; if they don't, it is only valid during that same visit. If they click links from several affiliates, the last one counts.
  • Duration: once attributed, the customer stays linked to you for 12 months from their sign-up as a referred customer, and doesn't switch affiliate.

4. Commission

You earn a 25% commission (launch commission) on what each customer attributed to you pays, on all their purchases during those 12 months. It is calculated on the amount actually collected, excluding VAT and other indirect taxes. There is no commission on unpaid orders or on purchases made outside those 12 months.

We may change the percentage or the terms, or end the programme, by notifying you by email at least 30 days in advance. Changes don't affect commissions already earned, and customers already attributed to you keep, for their 12 months, the percentage in force when they were linked to you.

5. Holding period, payouts and minimum

  • Holding period: each commission is held for 30 days from the purchase, as a safeguard against refunds, chargebacks and fraud. After that it becomes “available”.
  • Monthly payout on the 30th: we pay once a month, on the 30th of each month (in February, the last day of the month), all commissions already available on that day, provided they add up to at least €50 after any deductions for refunds. If they don't, they roll over to the following months.
  • Invoice: before each payout you must send us at info@siriolead.com an invoice (or the equivalent document required in your country) for the available amount, addressed to WAKANDA MARKETING SL.
  • Payment method: by bank transfer to the IBAN you give us or by another method we agree on. Each party bears its own bank charges. We are not liable for failed payments due to incorrect payout details.

In your affiliate dashboard you can always see your visits, sign-ups, paying customers and held, available and paid commissions.

6. Refunds and chargebacks

If a purchase is refunded, in full or in part, the corresponding commission is cancelled in the same proportion; if there is a chargeback, it is cancelled in full. SirioLead only refunds orders in the cases set out in its Terms (for example, when they cannot be delivered for reasons beyond its control). If the commission had already been paid, the affected part will be deducted from the next payout or, if there are no more payouts, we'll ask you to pay it back.

7. Prohibited practices

  • Self-referrals: referring yourself, your own accounts or accounts you control, or buying through your own link to earn commission.
  • Brand bidding: bidding on “SirioLead” or variations or misspellings of the brand in search or social ads, or registering domains, profiles or ads that could be confused with SirioLead.
  • Spam: sending unsolicited commercial communications (email, messaging, SMS or social media) or any practice contrary to e-commerce or data protection law.
  • Misleading advertising: promising discounts, results or conditions SirioLead doesn't offer, impersonating SirioLead or publishing illegal or offensive content.
  • Fraud: generating fake, incentivised or automated visits or sign-ups, forcing the link without the visitor clicking it or manipulating attribution in any way.

If you break these rules we may cancel the commissions concerned, withhold pending ones while we check, and terminate your participation immediately.

8. How to promote SirioLead

We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable permission to use the SirioLead name and logo solely to promote the service while you are an affiliate. You must describe it truthfully and make clear to your audience that you receive a commission for recommending it.

9. Relationship between the parties and taxes

You act as an independent partner: this programme does not create an employment, agency or representation relationship, and you may not enter into contracts on SirioLead's behalf. You are responsible for declaring your income and meeting your tax and social security obligations in your country. If you must charge VAT or another indirect tax, you will include it in your invoice as required by law; and if the law requires SirioLead to withhold any tax, it will be deducted from the payout.

10. Leaving and end of the programme

You can leave at any time by writing to info@siriolead.com or deleting your account. SirioLead may also end your participation with 15 days' notice, or immediately if you breach these Terms, and may end the programme with 30 days' notice. Except in case of breach, we'll pay the commissions earned up to that date once their holding period ends, even if they don't reach the minimum.

11. Liability

Attribution depends on the visitor arriving through your link and, for the 60-day window, on them agreeing to their browser remembering it: we are not liable for visits that cannot be attributed because of blockers, refusal of that permission, cleared browser data or a change of device. In case of discrepancy, our records prevail. Our liability towards you is limited to the commissions due under these Terms.

12. Personal data

We process your affiliate data to run the programme and pay you, as explained in the Privacy Policy. We don't give you personal data of the customers you bring: your dashboard only shows figures and amounts. If you process personal data to promote us (for example, your subscriber list), you are responsible for doing so lawfully.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, both parties submit to the courts of Girona (Spain). If you take part in the programme as a consumer, you may also go to the courts of your place of residence, as provided by law.

This is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish-language version of this document prevails.
