SirioLead lets you request, on demand, a batch of B2B leads (name, address, phone, website, email where available, rating and social profiles for each business) within a geographic area and niche you choose. You may optionally include an on-page SEO and domain-authority audit for each business in the batch. Data comes from publicly accessible sources; SirioLead does not guarantee that any specific field (phone, email, website) exists or is up to date for every business in the batch.
The contract is concluded in the language you choose among those available on the website (Spanish, English, French, Arabic and Chinese); in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails. We keep each order with the date, time and IP of your acceptance, the version of these Terms in force at that moment and the exact wording of the withdrawal waiver checkbox; the Terms, with their update date, are always available on this page.
The price of each order is calculated based on the number of leads and whether it includes the audit, and is shown before payment with VAT included and itemised. Payment is made in full and in advance, by card or another method available on the payment screen (for example, Apple Pay or Google Pay), when confirming the order. The order enters the processing queue only once payment is confirmed — never before. A full invoice is issued for each order with the billing details you enter in the order form (name or company name, tax ID and address), which we request from all customers, individuals and businesses. Refunds, full or partial, are documented with the corresponding corrective invoice. Customers whose billing country is outside the European Union pay in US dollars (USD) and are not charged VAT: the price shown before payment is the final price. The country taken into account is the billing country entered in the order.
SirioLead delivers the batch (PDF and/or CSV, depending on the product) within an estimated time of under 24 hours from payment confirmation, barring incidents (for example, if the search area has to be widened or a technical problem arises; in that case we will let you know by email). The customer receives an email notification and can download the result from their dashboard at any time afterwards.
What SirioLead delivers is digital content custom-made for each order, not supplied on a tangible medium (a PDF and/or CSV file downloadable from your dashboard). Its preparation begins immediately after payment. Under article 103.m) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November (consolidated General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users), you lose the right of withdrawal as soon as that preparation begins, because: (1) before paying, in a specific checkbox, you give your prior express consent for us to start immediately, within the withdrawal period; (2) in that same checkbox you acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal; and (3) we confirm this in the order confirmation email. Should the order be considered a provision of services, the right of withdrawal likewise does not apply once the order has been completed, on the basis of the same express request and acknowledgement (article 103.a) of the same law). Consequently, once the order has been paid, no refunds are accepted for a change of mind, or for not having downloaded or used the batch.
As proof of the contract and of delivery, SirioLead records the date, time and IP address of your acceptance of these Terms, the version accepted and the exact wording of the withdrawal waiver checkbox you ticked, as well as the date, time, IP address and browser of every download of your batch.
If your order is delayed by a problem on our side (technical or capacity), we will let you know by email and still deliver it as soon as we resolve it, with nothing for you to do. Only if the order cannot be delivered for reasons beyond SirioLead's control (for example, because there are no businesses to deliver in the area even after widening it, or because of an external failure that is not resolved after several retries) do we automatically refund the full amount to the same payment method, with no need for you to request it.
Partial deliveries: if there are not enough businesses in the chosen area and niche to complete the quantity ordered, we automatically widen the area, as many times as needed, until the order is complete: we repeat the search in ever-larger circles around the same centre (doubling the radius each time, also if you chose a whole city), so some businesses may lie outside the area you selected. This widening has a safety limit (at most 6 widenings and a 300 km radius, and always within reasonable time and cost limits for each order). Only if the quantity ordered is still not reached at that limit do we deliver the businesses found and automatically refund, to the same payment method, the proportional part of the price for the leads not delivered (price paid × leads not delivered ÷ leads ordered). We tell you so in the delivery email.
We keep you informed by email at every step: if the order is delayed, when it is ready and, if there is a refund, when we have processed it.
None of the above affects the legal guarantee of conformity: if the batch delivered doesn't match what you ordered (for example, a different area or niche, or a damaged file that can't be opened), email us at info@siriolead.com and we'll put it right by delivering the correct batch; if that isn't possible, we'll refund the proportional part of the price or the full amount. If you are a consumer, this is the guarantee granted by articles 114 et seq. of the same consolidated law, for two years from delivery.
It is not a defect of the batch if a business changes its phone number or website, or closes, after the batch was generated: the data reflect each business's public information at the time the batch was generated (see section 7). Customers outside Spain: see also section 11.
Leads are delivered for the customer's own legitimate commercial-prospecting use. Reselling the lists to third parties without transformation, using them to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam), or any unlawful use is prohibited. The customer is responsible for complying with data-protection and commercial-communications regulations applicable to their use of the data received.
If a business included in a batch asks you not to contact it or to delete its data, you must honour that request.
SirioLead takes reasonable steps to ensure the data delivered is accurate and up to date, but since it comes from public third-party sources, it cannot guarantee its accuracy, currency or completeness. SirioLead is not liable for how the customer uses the data delivered or for the commercial results obtained.
You must be over 18 to register and place orders. You can contract as an individual or as a business or professional; if you contract as a business or professional, consumer protection rules do not apply to you. To use the account you must confirm your email with the link we send when you sign up. The customer is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from their account, and can delete it at any time from “My account” in their dashboard, except while they have an order being prepared.
SirioLead may update these Terms and Conditions; changes will be published on this same page along with the update date.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
We handle enquiries and complaints at info@siriolead.com and reply as soon as possible and, in any case, within one month at most. You can also send them in writing to WAKANDA MARKETING SL, Calle Santiago Ramón y Cajal, nº 32, L4, 17190 Salt (Girona), Spain.
If you are a consumer, the official complaint forms of the Government of Catalonia (fulls oficials de queixa, reclamació i denúncia) are available to you: ask us for them at info@siriolead.com and we'll send them electronically. For consumer enquiries you can call the citizen service line 012 or contact the Catalan Consumer Agency (Agència Catalana del Consum).
If you are a consumer, you can bring your claim before the courts of your place of residence. If you buy as a business or professional, both parties submit to the courts of Girona (Spain).
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law regardless of the country from which the customer contracts the service. Where mandatory consumer-protection law in the customer's country of residence applies and grants rights beyond those described here, that law prevails only to the extent legally required. If you have any question about your consumer rights in your own country, write to us at info@siriolead.com.
If your billing country is outside the European Union, before paying you must tick a specific box committing to responsible use. By ticking it you undertake to: (a) use the data delivered only to contact businesses personally for legitimate commercial reasons; (b) comply with all laws that apply to your communications and, in particular, in the United States, the CAN-SPAM Act (identifying the message as an advertisement, giving a valid postal address, offering a working opt-out link and honouring it within 10 business days, and not harvesting addresses from websites that prohibit it), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the National Do Not Call Registry and state do-not-call lists, and state and local telemarketing laws, or the equivalent laws of your country; (c) not use automatic dialling, pre-recorded or AI-generated voice calls or bulk text messages with the phone numbers received, which may be personal mobile numbers, without the prior consent the law requires; and (d) honour immediately any opt-out or deletion request from a business.
You are solely responsible for how you use the data and for any claim, fine or penalty arising from it, and you agree to hold SirioLead harmless from third-party claims, including those from authorities or the businesses contacted, arising from your breach of this section or of the law. SirioLead may refuse or cancel orders where there are signs of abusive use. As proof, we keep the date, time, IP address, the version of these Terms and the exact wording of that box. The data delivered is the same for all customers; this section does not change it.
This is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish-language version of this document prevails.
